Oct 9, 2022 at 20:12 comment added Domen @DanielHuber, I don't think this is the problem. The second example in the documentation for ListVectorPlot3D also has dimensions {16, 21, 21, 2, 3} (you provide {{x, y, z}, {dx, dy, dz}}).
