Mathematica's Predict is already parallelized: Predict[ExampleData[{"MachineLearning", "BostonHomes"}, "TrainingData"], PerformanceGoal -> "Quality", TargetDevice -> "CPU", Method -> "NeuralNetwork"] will use more than one core on my machine for example.
