Distance between Frame and FrameLabel
How can one change the spacing between the numbers on the frame of a plot and the framelabel? … Example:

Automatic alignment of FrameTicks is not working properly
Here is an Example:
Plot[x, {x, 0, 1}, Ticks -> {{{0.5, 0.5, {0, 0.1}}}, None}]
