I am new to Mathematica. I want to plot all the points (x, y) which satisfy the following equation:

y==11+(1+2x)((11x)/(5+10x))^((3y)/(3y-(5+x)))

Where x>0 and y>0.

I want to be able to change the value of both x and y dynamically.
