I'm a total newbie in mathematica, so need some help. I understand that my question is about basics, but i couldn't find the answer in docs, google and here.

Here is what i'm trying to do.

  AppendTo[sols_nested_list, s]???
 ]

Here AppendTo is wrond, but i need something like {{f,x1,x2,x3,x4,x5},{f,x1,x2,x3,x4,x5}...}

How can i do this?
