Ticks in BarChart

Question

I have:

I have two questions:

1. How can I remove ticks on the right and the upper sides of the box.

2. How can I have ticks, on the left side only on 5, 10, 15, and 20 and rename them as 5%, 10%, 15%, and %20 and remove number 0.
