I want to plot the thermodynamics properties of the Ising model like free energy, entropy, magnetization..etc., when h=0 ( no external field ) and when h= finite values

For the energy as function of T at h=0, I plot this equation U=-tanh(1/T)

ContourPlot[U == -Tanh[1/T], {T, 0, 5}, {U, -1, -0.2}, Axes -> True, 
  FrameLabel -> {T Kb/J, U}]

and I got this graph

Now I want to plot this equation U=-tanh(h/T), at different values of h e.g h=0.04, 0.05, 0.1 Any help!
