When I try to use the built-in command NestGraph, Mathematica doesn't recognize it. So it just outputs whatever I put in without doing anything. Do I need a special package for NestGraph?

$\begingroup$ If you look here reference.wolfram.com/language/ref/NestGraph.html at the online documentation for NestGraph (four lines from the bottom) it says that NestGraph was introduced in version 10.2. Do the help pages on your system include NestGraph or not? Is there any chance that you might be running a version prior to 10.2? If so then that would explain what you are seeing. $\endgroup$ – Bill Oct 23 '18 at 16:38
