using Mathematica and run it to demonstrate presentation.
File -> New -> Slide Show
Main advantage of using such Slideshow over Powerpoint / PDF is that you can play dynamic content.

File -> New -> Slide Show
- Open Slide Show Palette
Palettes -> Slide Show
- Run Slide Show
View Environment -> SlideShow
- Run in Full Screen Mode
Presentation Size -> Full Screen
