There are many ways, e.g.: titanic[RightComposition[Select[#age > 65 &], SortBy[#age &]]] , Query[SortBy[#age &]@*Select[#age > 65 &]][titanic] , titanic[Select[#age > 65 &]][SortBy[#age &]] , SortBy[titanic[Select[#age > 65 &]], #age &] , Query[SortBy[#age &]@*Select[#age > 65 &]]@titanic .
