You did not load the generic model:

InsertFields[t11, {S[7], -S[7]} -> {S[2], S[2]}, Model -> "NMSSM"]

InsertFields[t11, {S[7], -S[7]} -> {S[2], S[2]}, Model -> "NMSSM"]

should be replaced with

InsertFields[t11, {S[7], -S[7]} -> {S[2], S[2]}, Model -> "NMSSM",GenericModel -> "NMSSM"]

InsertFields[t11, {S[7], -S[7]} -> {S[2], S[2]}, Model -> "NMSSM", GenericModel -> "NMSSM"]

The "Model"Model option loads NMSSM.modNMSSM.mod, the "GenericModel"GenericModel loads NMSSM.genNMSSM.gen.
