I think, every time h is used you get another value. To make this more explicitly, you could write: h[t_] := RandomVariate[NormalDistribution[1, 2]];

oh right, I use Reap but didn't specify the value. I realize that the normal distributed $h$ is still producing a single (but random) value every run. But, I'm looking for multiple distributed values of $h$s on each $t$ (like the second picture in my post) on every run, my guessing is I need to create a combination of tabulated arrays of values to create that? I'm still not sure, I'm editing the description on my post to make it clearer
