When I execute the code below:

Tooltip[Quantity[1, "Month"], "how to make it works?"]

The Quantity tooltip that is automatically generated by Quantity prevails over the Tooltipone I added myself with Tooltip.

enter image description herethe tooltip is "unit: month" instead of the desired string

I would like to preserve the Quantity formations Quantity objects (and not torather than convert itthem to stringstrings), but I would like to makebe able to override the automated tooltip workswith my own.

How can I fix It?
