Without a twist then yes, it would point in the opposite direction as it went around the circle, but if you twist it 180* then it's going to point in the same direction when pictured as above. | |

@Unbelievable if you just need a fixed angle, then change 2 Pi (i - 1)/n to whatever fixed number you want.
