How to obtain amplitude and phase of tidal data using wavelet function in Mathematicawavelets

I have a time series of tidal data 1 month and success for identifying tidal characteristic such as a) semidiurnal or diurnal b) spring and neap position c) power spectrum. However, I still didn't success to obtain tidal species such as amplitude and phase in diurnal (d1), semidiurnal (d2) and fortnightly (d4). So, there are three questions related to wavelet that I didn't understand: a) how to draw Cone of Influence (CoI) b) how to draw Global Wavelet Spectrum c) how to calculate/obtain amplitude and phase of diurnal(d1) and semidiurnal(d2), d4 using Morlet wavelet.

So, there are three questions related to wavelet that I didn't understand: a) how to draw Cone of Influence (CoI) b) how to draw Global Wavelet Spectrum c) how to calculate/obtain amplitude and phase of diurnal(d1) and semidiurnal(d2), d4 using Morlet wavelet.

So, there are three questions related to wavelet that I didn't understand: a) how to draw Cone of Influence (CoI) b) how to draw Global Wavelet Spectrum c) how to calculate/obtain amplitude and phase of diurnal(d1) and semidiurnal(d2), d4 using Morlet wavelet.
