comment How to insert big list of Data in DB?
@subbu Ahh, I forgot, that this is no extension to be recognized. Try ExportString[data, "MX"] (or the zipped version ExportString[data, {"GZIP", "MX"}]

Note that you can also do ExportString[data, "mx.gz"] to export your data into a binary format. If some other (non Mathematica) applications need to access the data, there is also a lot of other portable binary formats (HDF5 for example).

curl or wget perhaps with GNU parallel should be perfectly sufficient.

If you add code for a small working example, more people will likely be inclined to help you.

It's best to post a working self-contained example.

comment How to replace Do loops by Inner
Yes, I gathered that. But I was wondering why you don't want to get the reputation (or why you care about this). Is this answer to simple? (Personally I think that every useful answer deserves to be upvoted)

comment What is $ sign in Mathematica?
You're welcome. You were right. Using $ at the end of a name can cause problems: f = Function[{x}, Function[{y}, x + y]]; o2 = f[2 y$]; o1 = f[2 y]; {o1[a], o2[a]}

@Pillsy Hmm good question. I would definitely add this somewhere! You can't add it here (right now) as we would first have to reopen the question. I guess you can add it as an answer to the other question. Then it can be moved by the admins if necessary.
