Better alternatives for the Sound function? @Verbeia I have tried mathematica.stackexchange.com/questions/7784/… so I can regulate the duration of the sound. If you know some sample way to represent the upper part and/or the fundamental pitch of the sound I will be very glad! |

How to play microtonal music using Mathematica? In music theory this is called polyphony ( two or more simultaneous lines of independent melody, as opposed to music with just one voice monophony). For example, please take voice2= {{2, 9/8, 2/3}, {2, 9/8, 1/3}, {1, 4/3, 1}, {1, 3/2, 1/3}}; with the same duration. Maybe this is just an addition of the Sin of these two voices but I dont know how to achieve this addition! |
