V8 returns True, and V9 and V10 return False (Win8.1-64). IMHO the result should be neither True nor False. Looks like a bug indeed. Have you contacted support@wolfram.com?

You state a few contradictory things: you want r1-r3 to vary but you also want that r1=r3=Ra (same for r2 and r4). You can't have both.

I note that V10.1 solves this without a hitch. If you click on the >> at the end of the error message you get a somewhat more helpful explanation: "This input generates a message because the equations specify values for the solution on all sides of the solution region." Apparently, a situation that V9 doesn't handle and v10 does.

Welcome to mathematica.stackexchange.com! I sincerely hope the problems in your country do not make life too miserable for you. As to your code, there are several issues: your definition of the two Gain function is missing the Blank-s (_) that should be there (see this). If you want to make plots you need all the variables/parameters/constants to have numerical values. For plotting, look up the Plot function (there are many more; please use the manual for that).
