comment DeleteDuplicates
Take a look: Interpolation@DeleteDuplicates[{{1, 1, 2}, {1, 1, 3}}] and compare with DeleteDuplicatesBy[{{1, 1, 2}, {1, 1, 3}}, Most]. Additional question is, how do you want to handle multiple values in one point.

comment Palette Sizing Options
That's unclear ot me. If you want to resize to fit, when should your scrollbar appear? I'm also not sure why are you mentioning resizing the window at all, when, as you say, it works already. Could you explain further?

comment Is it possible to get the (x, y) position of nodes in a `Graph`?
Is GraphEmbedding a common term in graph world? Because it is not even once mentioned in VertexCoordinates page, where I would start looking probably.

I get Missing["NotAvailable"] from ChemicalData["VanadiumIVOxide", "EdgeRules"] on v10.4.1

There is a menu which does this in .wl .m files. So you may consider writing definitions there. Otherwise you can go to the top and Ctrl+F

comment Reading Cells or Boxes expression by expression
Not general enough, if you have a cell indentical as my example: {"(*newline*)\r", "(*newline*)\r", "Plot[\r", "x,\r", "{x,0,1}\r", "]\ \r", "(*newline*)\r", "Plot[x,{x,0,2}]"} so StringSplit has to be more careful.

comment Understanding evaluation and typesetting
@Szabolcs also, "disabling" specific MakeBoxes still allows you to write GraphicsBox and see images without evaluation. So the behavior I'm talking about is nothing more but shortcut which generates problems. In my opinion, but still, I am rather asking for explanation than complaining :)

@Szabolcs It's not only about Graphics but whatever that has specific rules for MakeBoxes. As I said, I understand RawBoxes@GraphicsBox[DiskBox[{0, 0}]] is meant to be a picture. I just don't understand why Graphics, without evaluation, is converted to GraphicsBox instead of RowBox "Graphics" "[" .... I don't claim I'm right. Maybe I'm missing something, well obviously I am missing something, that's why there is a question.
