SIFT + SVM is the classical solution to this problem, I was hoping Classify[] would be at least as strong.

@VitaliyKaurov Ok so 79% accuracy is not so great, how can I do better? Also the classifier is not very good on finding images in the wild, see my edits.

And if that cell had a dingbat with a counter it would be incremented on hitting Enter
