comment How to deal with Part in a function?
You will only get numeric results when you define a List x that contains numeric values otherwise x will be treated as a symbol.

comment FindFit “is not a real number” error when fitting a parametric function to the data
+1 But could you explain why the result of 'ParametricNDSolveValue' isn't working here?

comment OpenCL_result not the same as that in the example-Julia
I don't think it is a zoom problem as the DataRange is defined to be {{-2.0, 2.0}, {-2.0, 2.0}}. It works fine for me on a Mac in 10.0.0.1. Have you copied the example code into a notebook and started from a fresh kernel?

comment PlotMarkers problem in ErrorListPlot, Mathematica 10
This works on OSX 10.9.4 when you add Joined -> True. Without it I see the same behaviour you are experiencing.

comment How to solve this nonlinear 2 by 2 equations?
'Log" is the natural logarithm and your function 'ln' is not defined unless you have defined it somewhere else in the notebook. @belisarius wants to show you the regions these two equation are covering giving you a suggestion where the solution, if any, might lie.

comment Understanding execution time in nested loops
Don't use AppendTo, it is very very slow use Sow and Reap. And yes as @Kuba hinted at don't use For loops.

comment Any other way to get a better FindFit for my data besides good initial parameters?
Your constraints make no sense. If kd and kd' are positive then deltaa'' must be negative as you have data points with negative slope.

comment Plot draws list of curves in same color when not using Evaluate
It means that Plot isn't seeing the argument as a list. A list is treated as one argument not many arguments as Plot has HoldAll attribute .
