Your code is still incomplete. windowSize is undefined. I would also point out that DataCopy = Data does not make a copy of Data and, therefore, has no effect.

@ilian. CompoundExpression is a function and, therefore, its short form semicolon ( ; ) is an operator, not a separator. The only true separator in Mathematica is comma ( , )

Mathematica does not readily support mixed exact and inexact quantities. If you want to preserved parts of an expression as exact, you should follow @Algohi's advice. Basically, if any inexact quantities are encountered during a computation, all numerics will be coerced to inexact.
