Some tutorials on formatting notebook for exporting to pdf Thank you Silvia, and now this is really useful. I don't get the Simple Program Example, but as I understand it's just way how to do upper part of answer, by code. Or is it? I mean the result is same or does this "code approach" add any new capabilities. (I'm asking this because I'm not MMA expert so it's not easy task for me to analyze this code, but if it's useful I certainly will). And once again thank you for your explanations. |

Some tutorials on formatting notebook for exporting to pdf Yes I know that, and that's what I do. But I think if MMA have this options adjustable life would be much easier. Not to take formula by formula and import them in your designing software (InDesign, Quarkxpress...) |

Drawing graphics part by part then see the edits that I made in question, I translated the comments, and fixed few minor mistakes. Also when looking at your answer I noticed that I have some bugs in my code (I think I made mistakes in calculating angle). Anyway it's too late, I'll focus on that tomorrow. Once again thank you, as well all others on effort :) |

Drawing graphics part by part I put that "complicated graphics" in edit, but I'll try to implement show, maybe that would work. |

Drawing graphics part by part I don't think that Table[] will help me, because I have complicated graphics. But it's my fault, I did't explained it in my question, I'll edit it now. |

How can I get Overlay to position graphics according to coordinates? I encountered the same problem with Alignment, but you're right Show is much more appropriate approach than Overlay is for this task, thank you for answer |

How can I get Overlay to position graphics according to coordinates? Indeed it does not have to be 'Overlay', I didn't think of 'Show' |
