@belisarius This suggest that "PenaltyFunction" takes two(+) arguments: the constraint(s) and the iteration Counter. Right? But why? Any PenaltyFunction could be substituted by a modified constraint. Of course the Iteration dependence could be used to soften/harden the constraints during the minimization. Why would I do this?
