This question already has an answer here:

$$y'[t]=Cos[x]$$

and im trying to plot the phase space(plane) for this system... ive tryed Equationtrekker but cant seem to find the way to use it this way... any help? Thanks!

Maybe this? StreamPlot[{Sin[y], Cos[x]}, {x, -2, 2}, {y, -2, 2}] –  Jean-Claude Arbaut May 25 at 15:37

possible duplicate of Phase portraits and StreamPlot. Look also at Basins of Attraction. –  Artes May 25 at 16:02
