For the sake of Women's Day, I would like to draw target sign on the heart and write there something like "Best Mother" or just "BEST". How can I draw the target sign with three different layers (yellow, pink, black) in Mathematica for a 3D Heart as the below code?

ContourPlot3D[(2 x^2 + y^2 + z^2 - 1)^3 - (1/10) x^2 z^3 - y^2 z^3 == 0,
              {x, -1.5, 1.5}, {y, -1.5, 1.5}, {z, -1.5, 1.5},
              Mesh -> None, ContourStyle -> Opacity[0.8, Red]]
