# How can I solve this PDE?

How can I solve this equation?

$$\frac{∂^2 T}{∂r^2} + \frac{1}{r}\frac{∂T}{∂r}+\frac{∂^2 T}{∂z^2}=-e^{-αz} e^{\frac{-2 r^2}{w^2}}$$

Where T[r, 0] = T[r, 6] and T[3, z] = 10

In Mathematica, I tried this:

 NDSolve[{
Derivative[2, 0][T][r, z] + 1/r *Derivative[1, 0][T][x, y] +
Derivative[0, 2][T][r, z] == -Exp[-200*(r^2)],
T[r, 0] == 25, T[r, 6] == 25, T[3, z] == 10},
T, {r, 0, 3}, {z, 0, 6}]
