I make Graphics3D with Polygons, before deploying then to CDF; In my notebook, it rotates well. But after deploying them to CDF it doesn't rotate anymore. I have already looked at the Mathematica Documentation for this purpose but i didn't find any option. Here is an example:

Graphics3D[{LightBlue,
   Polygon[{{0, 9.5, 30}, {25, 9.5, 70}, {25, 10, 70}, {0, 10, 30}}],
   Polygon[{{0, 19.5, 30}, {25, 19.5, 70}, {25, 20, 70}, {0, 20, 30}}],
   Polygon[{{0, 29.5, 30}, {25, 29.5, 70}, {25, 30, 70}, {0, 30,30}}],
   Polygon[{{0, 39.5, 30}, {25, 39.5, 70}, {25, 40, 70}, {0,40, 30}}]
  },Boxed -> False,Lighting -> {{"Ambient", LightBlue}}
](*Graphics3D is closed*)

Could you tell me how can I rotate that Graphics3D within a CDF?

Here (MacOSX) everything works as expected. I create the graphics, copy it into a new cdf, close everything and just open the cdf.. graphics can be rotated, scaled, ... Can you specify you exact steps, your operating system and your Mathematica version? –  halirutan Oct 17 '12 at 8:27

@halirutan My operating system is "Windows7 Home Basic" Mathematica Version is 8.0 –  subbu Oct 17 '12 at 9:08

On win7 mma 8.0.1 everything works as expected. Please describe how you make the cdf or upload it somwhere. –  Ajasja Oct 17 '12 at 10:06

I make CDF By using CdfDeploy function.... –  subbu Oct 17 '12 at 10:38

No problem to run on win7-64 MMA 8.04. Do you have 8.0 or a later version? –  Sjoerd C. de Vries Oct 17 '12 at 19:33

Did you try Export?

tempgraph = Graphics3D[{LightBlue,
   Polygon[{{0, 9.5, 30}, {25, 9.5, 70}, {25, 10, 70}, {0, 10, 30}}],
   Polygon[{{0, 19.5, 30}, {25, 19.5, 70}, {25, 20, 70}, {0, 20,
      30}}], Polygon[{{0, 29.5, 30}, {25, 29.5, 70}, {25, 30, 70}, {0,
       30, 30}}],
   Polygon[{{0, 39.5, 30}, {25, 39.5, 70}, {25, 40, 70}, {0, 40,
      30}}]}, Boxed -> False,
  Lighting -> {{"Ambient", LightBlue}}];
(*Graphics3D is closed*)

Export["D:\\123.cdf", tempgraph , "CDF"];

In Mathematica 9.0.1 this is successful!

+1 Alternatively you can use CDFDeploy["1234.cdf", tempgraph, WindowSize -> {500, 500}, Method -> "Standalone"]; –  Rolf Mertig Mar 26 '13 at 10:15
